morning cup of coffee & a lesson learned

(Quick coffee run early in the morning, then back to reality)

Drama somehow reared its ugly head this week (how could you?). Several, actually. It disrupted my equilibrium, balance, my "bubble" so-to-speak. Leaving me with a headache, a bad grade, & one mind-boggling week. Boo~

I learned the hard way, I gotta set limits & reprioritize.


As usual, I have studying/homework/& a paper to do (oh no~) -____-
then there are a couple fabulous birthday functions to attend to this weekend.

During the time I partake in the wonderful birthdays of the favorite people in my life (My beloved friends, April & Han and my dear father), I choose to forget about my current stressors & enjoy my time, my ever so charming & blessed life, &.................................my food. lol :o)

* Wake up early.

* Exercise (at least twice a week)
* Eat healthy.

* Get good sleep.
